White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Waffles

Oh boy…can you tell we wish it was Christmas already? In honor of the impending holiday season, here is a new take on the waffle 🙂

 

Ingredients:

 

Waffles:

2 Scoops White Chocolate Protein Powder

3 Large Eggs

1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

4 Tablespoons Almond Flour

1 Scoop Body Form in White Chocolate Peppermint Flavor

 

White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Icing:

1 Scoop Body Form in White Chocolate Peppermint Flavor

2 Tablespoons White Chocolate Protein Powder

1-3 Tablespoons water, depending on consistency

 

Directions:

1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and turn on your waffle iron.

2. Cook on medium heat until nice and golden.

3. Make the protein icing and pour on top. Enjoy!

….and of course, sprinkles for a little eye candy 🙂
